Snow Couldn’t Stop Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s Hasty Pudding Fun
Joseph Gordon-Levitt survived a snowy day in Cambridge to receive the 50th Man of the Year award from Harvard’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals on Friday.
While the weather a bit nicer for Kerry Washington’s Woman of the Year ceremony last week, all of the festivities went on as planned during Gordon-Levitt’s trip to town. Not only did the actor take home a Pudding Pot trophy, but he also received a key to the city from Cambridge Mayor E. Denise Simmons.
Of course, the real highlight of the night was the annual roast put on by the Hasty Pudding members. Somehow, they were able to convince Gordon-Levitt to wear a Robin costume, a nod to his character in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises.
