Ben & Jerry's Does Not Enjoy the Porny Puns on Its Ice Cream Flavors

Vermont-based ice cream maker Ben & Jerry’s sued a company that makes “Ben & Cherry’s” pornographic DVDs, saying the company’s terrible puns on popular ice cream flavors might cause “confusion, mistake or deception.” The DVD line features titles like “Boston Cream Thigh” and “New York Fat & Chunky.” (Which, when devoid of porny insinuations, is probably a fair representation of what might happen if you eat too much of the real Ben & Jerry’s flavor “New York Super Fudge Chunk.”) What will we do in a world without sex puns on ice cream flavors?
