Robert Jubinville’s Little Wiki Leak

Robert Jubinville, Governor’s Councilor from Milton, maybe might possibly be interested in running for the Attorney General seat being vacated by Martha Coakley in her quest for Governor.

Last week, as word of Coakley’s impending announcement began circulating, a sharp-eyed individual alerted me to the fact that someone had just created a new Wikipedia entry for Jubinville on Tuesday.

More intriguing, that entry had already been altered—to remove an unsourced line referencing “speculation from the media that Jubinville intends to run for a statewide office in 2014.” In fact, that was also a revision, from an earlier version that gave away the office in mind. The original spoke of “speculation that Jubinville intends to run for a statewide office in 2014, such as Massachusetts Attorney General.”

Jubinville, a defense attorney, is in court today and could not be reached for comment about his possible interest in running for AG.
