MLB Finally Releases a Post-Season Schedule

Hallelujah. We finally have a post-season schedule. Why it took so long, no one really knows but here’s the good news, Sox fans: You don’t have to come up with an excuse to skip work for the first round.

The Sox open play with the Angels on Wednesday at 6:37 p.m. and then play Game 2 at 8:37 p.m. on Friday.

They are in Anaheim (got that Angels? You play in Anaheim, not Los Angeles) on Sunday at 3:07 p.m. and then Game 4 is at 9:37 p.m., Monday, and Game 5 would be Wednesday at 8:37 p.m. If necessary, of course.

Was that really so hard, MLB? Also, what’s up with the 7’s? Is that a holdover from the days when TBS would start shows five minutes after the hour?
