Business keeps booming for John Ross and Don Carney, since moving their label, Patch NYC, to Boston five years ago (Carney’s a native), their intricate, gypsy-inspired merchandise has found its way to an impressive number of retailers. Carney’s ink drawings now decorate a line of West Elm home accessories, and local boutiques Hudson and Good sell one-of-a-kind Patch NYC jewelry. Still, Carney says, “No store carries all our categories.” The solution? They just opened their own boutique. The South End shop houses an ever-changing assortment of the duo’s latest wall art, scarves, candles, and more. “Welcome to our world,” says Carney. “Every time you come in, you’ll see something different.”
