Museum of Fine Arts

Big news: The MFA now hosts weddings. Its crown jewel is the spectacular glass-walled Shapiro Family Courtyard, a soaring 12,000-plus-square-foot stunner designed by famed London architects Foster + Partners. Elsewhere on the property, the Koch Gallery, lined with 17th- and 18th-century European paintings, provides a regal backdrop for smaller weddings. Restaurant Associates — which serves up food at celebrations in other landmark museums, including the MET — provides the catering. And as a bonus, attendees can view the galleries, including the new Arts of the Americas wing. Just be prepared for a hefty
