There’s something to be said for demure beachwear. We, however, will not be the ones saying it. Not when there are scorchers like this bikini to taunt us for so much as considering a perfunctory Lycra one-piece. Locally made and meticulously handsewn, with a texture that’s somewhere between prom gown and fish scale, the suit is beach couture as worthy of Saint-Tropez as it is a chaise at your next poolside cocktail party. Is it for every swimming occasion? Probably not. Will it help you make the biggest splash imaginable? Take a wild guess.
