Boston Fashion Week: Mike and Ton

Saturday night’s Mike and Ton show at the Tent attracted some of Boston’s most fashionable faces. The collection from Michael De Paulo and Tonya Mezrich was contemporary, clean, and wearable. The makeup was young and fresh, but the jewelry from Gemvara was sometimes lost in the models’ teased hair by Salon Mario Russo. At times, the presentation felt sporadic — a feminine purple mini dress followed a menswear-inspired suit down the runway — but perhaps it’s a sign of the duo’s versatility.
