Biden: Romney Will Put Black Voters "Back in Chains"

While campaigning in Virginia on Tuesday, Vice President Biden told the crowd, of which hundreds were black voters, that Romney wants to put them “back in chains” through Wall Street deregulation. Though Biden stated that he meant to use different words, his comment sparked much Republican criticism, especially from Romney, who said that Biden’s remarks were part of a pattern of “reckless” comments by Obama’s campaign and his surrogates “that disgrace the office of the presidency.” [FOX]
