Good luck trying to convince Joanne Chang to sit down. The co-owner of Myers + Chang and Flour Bakery rarely takes a minute for herself, but when she does, she likes to do it in style. If money were no object, Chang says she’d love to curl up on this rocking chair by B?&?B Italia, which she discovered at Montage one Sunday afternoon. “It’s so comfortable,” she says. “Every time I come into the store, I end up here.” In addition to running four restaurants, Chang is set to release her second cookbook, Flour Too, this spring. Once that’s out, maybe she’ll find a little more time to unwind.
