The Sinclair Introduces the World to the Waffle Flight

The Sinclair’s new executive chef, Keenan Langlois (formerly of Gaslight Brasserie and Union Bar & Grille), has crafted a brand new brunch menu, which he’s going to introduce this weekend. Starting on Saturday, January 24, you’ll be able to experience The Sinclair’s new waffle bar and waffle flights, with available toppings like fried chicken, Marshmallow Fluff, bacon, bananas, and berries.
The completely revamped menu also includes dishes like breakfast tacos, brioche doughnut holes, a Philly cheesesteak omelet, a line of benedicts with tasso ham and duck, and even a waffle burger with layers of cheddar, grass-fed beef, maple syrup, bacon, and a fried egg. If that weren’t enough, Langlois is helping to fill the turkey hash void left when Charlie’s Sandwich Shoppe closed last year. Take a look at the full menu below.
