Jimmy Fallon has been everyone’s favorite non-native Bostonian lately having spent multiple opening monologues joking about New England’s torrid winter weather. Last Wednesday, the comedian even went as far as to mention Mayor Walsh’s recent speech where he admonished locals for jumping out of second story windows into snowbanks.

Now he continues his Boston beat by welcoming James Beard Award winning chef Michael Schlow (Via Matta, Tico) onto the “Tonight Show” on Friday, February 27. Along with a demonstration on pastas and Italian desserts, the chef will show Fallon how to make Snowy Negronis: a cocktail utilizing snow gathered from Boston Common.

The episode will air at 11:30 p.m on NBC.
