Woman, Cat Stopped on I-495 for Cardboard License Plate

A state trooper stopped a woman who was driving down I-495 with an “obvious license plate violation,” which is an exceedingly kind euphemism for “half-assed, cardboard, possibly Floridian license place.”
The woman, who was arrested on an outstanding warrant, very clearly has trouble with the number 9.

“Trooper Mather checked on the well being of the woman’s cat which was in a cat carrier on the passenger seat,” State Police said. “The cat was friendly and happy to be reunited with its owner before they were both transported to the Millbury barracks.”
State Police added that the cat was not booked and free to go with its owner once she posted bail.
