Located in the middle of Central Square, CW Taekwondo offers cardio kickboxing classes three times a week: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Fridays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. These classes are taught by martial arts masters who will focus on perfecting your technique and your stance, in addition to helping you get a great workout.
