Niche Hospitality Group is set to open the third installment of their popular Worcester-based Spanish restaurant, Bocado Tapas Bar, in Wellesley next week. Located on 45 Church Street, between Ming Tsai’s Blue Ginger and Michael Schlow’s Alta Strada, Bocado will offer an expanded menu of pinxtos and tapas, which already boasted over 40 offerings at its Providence and Wellesley locations. In addition to its numerous small plates, Bodcado will have an extensive selection of charcuterie, imported Spanish hams, cheeses, and paellas.

Bocado’s Wellesley location will also offer an exclusive section of grilled items utilizing the restaurants’s  new Josper wood charcoal oven from Spain. The high temperature oven, which both smokes and grills food, will be used in offerings such as the duck leg with apricot-pistachio glaze, Serrano wrapped asparagus, grilled Moroccan octopus, and all their signature paellas.

At the bar, the Niche Hospitality Group is embracing sherry with an expanded fortified wine program to enhance its Spanish wine menu. Over 40 wines will be available by the glass or in a wine flight. Check out the full menu below:
