Here Are Your 2015 Golden Globe Nominees
Looks like Birdman’s still flying high. The Golden Globe nominees were announced Thursday morning, and this year’s list proves that 2014 was one strong year for film and television.
Among the nominees are a bunch of this year’s much-raved-about movies and shows, from Boyhood to How to Get Away with Murder.
Shocker—new Boston-based show The McCarthys is nowhere to be seen, but Showtime’s Ray Donovan has two nominations for stars Liev Schreiber and Jon Voight. Other nominees with Boston ties include Steve Carell for Foxcatcher, Robert Duvall in The Judge (filmed in Mass.), Taylor Schilling for Orange Is the New Black, and Louis CK for Louie.
Gone Girl has four nominations, but none for Boston boy Ben Affleck. Apparently the Hollywood Foreign Press Association doesn’t care if you rock out with your cock out.
Congratulations to all the nominees! We can’t wait to see you get roasted by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.
The 2015 Golden Globe Awards will take place January 15 and air on NBC. Here’s the full list of nominees:
