Restaurants and Bars Open During the Storm

The fact that Groundhog Day was only a week ago isn’t lost on any of us. We’re now in the midst of our third major winter storm in as many weeks, the city streets are clogged with snow, the government’s removal budget is sapped, and people are resorting to skis to get to work. If Boston were Bill Murray’s weatherman character, Phil Connors,  it would be at the point where he’s tempting fate by dropping toasters in the bathtub. But the ever resilient restaurant and bar scene is still plugging away, ready to serve their respective neighborhoods with half-price prix fixe menus, free apps, and plenty of warming cocktail specials.

Here is a current neighborhood guide to all the places you can exercise your stir-crazy woes.
