Stop 1: Mystic Brewery

On Saturdays, this Belgian-inspired brewery offers free tours at 1 and 2 p.m. While there are pints aplenty to drink, it’s BYO food, so do bring some snacks along. (Pro tip: Katz Bagel Bakery is just a short drive away.)

174 Williams St., Chelsea, 617-466-2079, mystic-brewery.com | Hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–9 p.m.

Stop 2: Enlightenment Ales/Idle Hands Craft Ales

See number 9 on our list. Hours are limited, but tours are available.

3 Charlton St., Everett, 617-819-4353, enlightenmentales.com, idlehandscraftales.com | Hours: Thursday, 3–7 p.m.; Friday, 5–8 p.m.; Saturday, 12–5 p.m.

Stop 3: Night Shift Brewing

Night Shift offers all of its IPAs, barrel-aged brews, and sours in full and tasting-size pours, which makes it easy to plow through a bunch in one go. Free tours are available every day, and food trucks are occasionally stationed outside.
