Scenes from the 2015 John Hancock Sports & Fitness Expo
This year’s John Hancock Sports & Fitness Expo kicked off with a flood of visitors Friday afternoon in Hynes Convention Center, kicking off an entire weekend of pre-Boston Marathon festivities. The three-day expo is free and open to the public, with thousands of seasoned runners, eager newbies, and fitness enthusiasts of all types taking in what’s billed as “the best runner’s expo in the country.”
You’ll find a lot of exclusive deals and apparel here, but also a lot of ground to cover: the 2015 expo features more than 200 exhibitors, with tables ranging from juice bars and sneaker brands, to photo booths and medal display cases. Be prepared to weave around excited runners (there to pick up their bibs) and other visitors eyeing the latest in running gear and trends.
