Tom Brady may be sick of talking about Donald Trump, but the Republican presidential hopeful can’t stop gushing over the Patriots star.

Trump stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday night and commented on his pal’s recent issues stemming from his remarks on WEEI’s Dennis & Callahan where he called Trump a “good friend.” Brady has taken a lot heat for not criticizing the controversial candidate, including a less than flattering Daily News cover that said, “Brady Has No Balls!”

While their friendship has led to a bit of a media frenzy, Trump couldn’t help but sing Brady’s praises during his chat with the late night host.

“He’s a very good friend of mine, he’s a great guy,” Trump said. “This is a great guy and a winner, a champion. He’s fantastic.”

“Now if I were in New England and I said that this place would go crazy,” he added when the Los Angeles crowd responded with silence.

“We have no football team so we have no opinion on this,” Kimmel joked.

Trump finally got some applause for Brady, though, when he bluntly told the audience, “I want to tell you, Tom Brady is a winner.”
