Restaurants, spas, juice bars, and stores around town are rewarding runners.

Marathon Monday is a big deal in Boston, and local businesses know it. These spas, restaurants, and juice bars are rewarding the runners who have put in months of grueling training, in all elements, to get here on race day. If you’re running, go ahead and treat yourself—you deserve it.

Juice Bars

Thirst Juice Co.: Runners enjoy 26.2 percent off any juice or smoothie from April 15 through April 19.

Cocobeet: All juices and smoothies containing beets (a great workout fuel and recovery food) are offered at a 20 percent discount until the last runner crosses the finish line on Marathon Monday.

JubaliAll runners are entitled to a free bottle of Jubali’s Marathon Bliss smoothie (a dairy-free play on chocolate milk) throughout April. Just bring your bib into the company’s Seaport shop.

Juice PressJust days after it opens on April 16, this new Chestnut Hill spot will reward marathoners with a free juice or smoothie. The offer must be redeemed between April 18 and April 20.

Restaurants

Anthem: For $16, you can carbo-load with a bottomless bowl of orecchiette, roasted vegetables, and light tomato cream sauce on either Sunday, April 17 or Marathon Monday. The dish is also available to non-runners.

Anna’s TaqueriaThough it’s not offering discounts, runners may want to visit Anna’s Taqueria on April 13. Marathon bombing survivor Adrianne Haslet-Davis will be rolling burritos to raise money for the Limbs for Life Foundation.

The Beehive: Between 4 p.m. and midnight on Marathon Monday, the Beehive will donate all of its profits to the Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Fund, a medical research fundraising group founded in honor of a Marathon bombing survivor. 

Bon Me: Bon Me knows that hydration is important for all athletes. From April 6 through April 18, all athletes can stop by any location and receive a free homemade Thai-Basil Limeade. The catch? You must be wearing athletic clothes from head-to-toe.

MET Back Bay: From Friday, April 15 through Sunday, April 17, runners and non-runners alike can carbo-load a bottomless bowl of lasagna bolognese and garlic bread for $19.

MyStryde: At indoor running studio MyStryde, runners who show their bibs get 15 percent off retail throughout April.

Spas

G2O Spa + Salon: Runners receive 20 percent off a 60- or 90-minute Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage throughout the month of April.

Viyada Thai Spa: Viyada is offering all marathon runners $50 off 60- or 90-minute massage therapy treatments through the month of April.

Equinox: Stop by the Equinox spa for a pre- or post-marathon sports massage. While the massage is full-price, you’ll receive complimentary access to the gym and group fitness classes that day. Also, on April 16, David Siik, creator of the Precision Running class will lead Bostonians through a class, and afterwards attendees will have a chance to meet the running guru at a signing of his new book, “The Ultimate Treadmill Workout.” The event will be held from 8:30 a.m.–9:20 a.m. at the location on Avery Street, and from 11:00 a.m.–11:50 a.m. at Equinox Dartmouth Street.

Bella Sante: From now through May 15, runners receive 25 percent of a massage. Just show your number.

The Boston BodyworkerAll runners can show their bib numbers at the spa to receive $20 off a massage before May 30. The spa is also running a special promotion for its members, where they can enter to win a free massage, Biofreeze, massagers, and more.
