3 Designer Bath Displays That’ll Make You Swoon
From luminous sconces and stylish sinks to tasteful vanities and comfortable radiant floor heating systems, the number of functional details required to craft the perfect bathroom can be overwhelming. That’s why employing professionals who not only sell quality products but offer top-notch design expertise are key when it comes to home renovation projects.
So, knowing how crucial selecting the right team and fixtures can be – we deemed the dazzling details seen in this gallery of Boston-area baths worth noting!
Turns out, in these instances, the architect and designer procured their faucets, shower heads, toilets, etc. from family-owned Best of Boston winner, Designer Bath. This spacious, 4,500 square foot showroom on the North Shore offers an ample selection of impressive kitchen and bath fixtures and accessories to complement any vision. Here, we felt compelled to have a closer look at the beautiful (and fully functional) spaces whose fixtures we were fixated on.
Triple Threat: See three superior spaces that have it all thanks to Designer Bath
Project Overview
Sam Kachmar Architects and Designer Bath collaborated with ease on the design of this space located in a two-family abode in Cambridge originally built in the 1920s.
Design Solution
A tight space in a small neighborhood, this home renovation assignment offered little wiggle room. The main challenge was due to the difficulty in nestling the newly-updated master bath under the home’s third floor dormer and fitting the shower under the main part of the roof.
The master shower was ultimately given a steeper sloped ceiling to fit into the allotted area. Despite architectural obstacles, Designer Bath’s guidance and product lines helped transform the little room into a much more open, functional space in defiance of its small footprint.

Sam Kachmar Architects also designed and constructed this guest bath using several Designer Bath products, in search of a sleek, sophisticated and timeless look.
Design Solution
The goal of creating a serene and sleek environment was successfully achieved, but not without facing some obstacles. Part of the design challenge was the tight confines of the home’s upper level dormer. Given this, the overall layout ultimately had to be manipulated and adorned with fixtures that wouldn’t weigh the vision down or feel clunky in the small room. The result is a seemingly more spacious oasis, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Project Overview
The renovation of this powder room in Ipswich was spearheaded by designer Kristina Crestin of Kristina Crestin Design and sought to freshen-up a tiny area in need of attention.
Design Solution:
The end product pictured here reflects a space that – according to the designer – “Rides the line between fancy and casual” thanks to thoughtful design and exemplary high quality bath products. Influenced by the tailored details of modern menswear, the handsome decor evokes a timeless, dapper vibe where curated elements work together to create a classic, yet contemporary look.
