A heavy police presence has been reported near Boston University’s George Sherman Union student center, beside the BU Bridge in the center of campus.
BU reports a “heavy police presence,” and has advised students to stay clear of the area. Commonwealth Avenue at the BU Bridge has been closed, as Boston, BU, and State Police respond to the scene.
