Dr. Anna Berik admits to being a bit of a perfectionist about her clients’ teeth—maybe even a smidge obsessed. Whether she’s whitening them, straightening them or perfecting them with beautiful veneers, she’s focused on giving them the right smile to complement their face.
“I am a true cosmetic dentist. This is what I do best. This is my passion,” she says.
When she opened her practice, Dr. Berik decided to specialize in cosmetic dentistry because for her it was the perfect blend of art and science, a way to use her training and flex her artistic muscles. “It makes me think,” she says. No mouth is the same and no solution will suit every patient. The challenge is to find the right approach for each individual, even if they’re not really sure what they want. While many dental professionals perform cosmetic procedures, her experience, technical know-how, and artistic eye, are what make the difference for her patients.
Today, Dr. Berik offers a unique blend of services, including accelerated orthodontics, which compresses the tooth-straightening process, which typically takes a year or more, into a matter of months. This makes it the perfect option for clients on a timeline, including brides who want a perfect smile by their wedding day.
Dr. Berik says she’s always on the lookout for new technology that can help her treat patients more effectively, efficiently or comfortably. “I am always trying to stay ahead of the curve to find ways to make what I do better and easier for patients,” she says.
