Police Still Looking for Dead New Hampshire Man with Head Tattoos of Tom Brady’s Helmet

Do you love the Patriots? Like, love the Patriots? Chances are, not as much as Victor Thompson.
The 48-year-old New Hampshire man was twice arrested in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2014 and 2015 for possessing the synthetic hallucinogen “spice.” His booking photos, which show his head tattoos of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s helmet, went viral. The tattoos are so detailed, they even include the green dot of a wireless receiver used to relay play calls from the sideline.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office still wants Thompson on four outstanding, drug-related warrants, the Houston Chronicle reported Sunday.
The problem is, Thompson is dead.
Barstool Sports’ David Portnoy mourned the loss of “Helmet Head” last summer, citing an obituary in the Laconia Daily Sun that said Thompson was a Lowell native and resident of Laconia, New Hampshire for more than 20 years. Accompanying the obit was a photo of Thompson with helmet maker Riddell’s logo tattooed across his forehead.
A representative of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to Boston that Thompson’s four warrants are still active, but did not have information on whether he was alive or dead.
