Boston’s First Annual Day of Wellness Is Next Weekend

Celebrate all things health and wellness.

Block off March 18 in your planner. W.E.L.L. Boston is sponsoring the city’s first-ever Day of Wellness, an all-day affair devoted to health, self-care, and everything in between.

The event, held at the Wyndham Beacon Hill, will bring together wellness practitioners from all arenas to discuss topics ranging from nutrition and fitness to Ayurvedic healing and skincare. Breakout sessions include:

  • A heartfelt discussion with fitness instructor Jessica Diaz, wherein she’ll discuss having—and overcoming—a stroke at age 36
  • A talk on gut health from wellness coach Jenny Hanway
  • A lesson, taught by juice bar founder Heather Stevenson, on how the food we eat affects the economy, the environment, and the world
  •  A workshop focused on using gentle yoga to improve sleep, with instructor Sara DiVello
  • And more.

Tickets, which cost $149, include entry to breakout sessions, workshops, and lessons, as well as an overnight oats bar from Thirst Juice Co., a tea bar, lunch, and snacks and beverages throughout the day. Participants will also walk away with a wellness-themed swag bag.

$149, 3/18, 8:15 a.m.-6 p.m. Boston Day of Wellness, Wyndham Beacon Hill, 5 Blossom St., Boston, wellsummit.org.
