Good thing we finally have a dumpling emoji, because we are going to be using it at Tiger Mama a lot. Fenway’s Southeast Asian getaway just debuted $1 dumplings every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening.
The weeknight deal is available at Tiger’s two bars only—not in the dining room—so it’s the perfect “appy hour” accompaniment (thanks, Massachusetts) to drinks like the Tropical Mai Tai, the Taiwan On, or the tiki bar-specific, shareable Shark Bite, a conch shell full of rum, tequila, Tiger Lager, and juices for a crowd.
Tiger Mama is keeping Mondays meatless with a vegetarian dumpling that night; last night’s debut was wonton-wrapped, curried sweet potato with crispy pine nuts and “magic” sweet and sour glaze. Seafood is on the menu on Tuesdays—tonight, find crispy, honey-walnut-shrimp dumplings. Wednesdays are for pork and chive dumplings with black vinegar. Every night, there’s a minimum of three per order.
The deal is available Mondays-Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. How many dumplings can you eat in two hours?
