Red Bird, located on Moody Street in downtown Waltham, offers a seasonal New American menu in an upscale, but relaxed atmosphere. Winner of the Boston Globe’s “Best New Restaurant” award, Red Bird is led by Chef/Owner Daniel Stokes, formerly of Franklin Cafe, who combines his passion for comfort food, farm-to-table ingredients, and years of experience to create Red Bird’s own take on classic comfort dishes. General manager Geoffrey Arvanitis, formerly of Bistro du Midi and Stephanie’s on Newbury, curates the boutique wine program, creating his own spin on classic cocktails and featuring some of the most exclusive local craft beers available. Pastry chef Molly Rabideau, formerly of Oleana, oversees an eclectic array of desserts to ensure that everyone leaves happy. Open Tuesday through Sunday evenings from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Red Bird is sure to be your new neighborhood favorite.
