Fret no more. Tom Brady’s TB12 Sports Performance and Recovery Center is coming to Boston. Sigh of relief. Now, you too, can become as pliable and good looking as the GOAT himself.

The facility will be located where BSC Lab once was, which closed at the beginning of this month, and will span 10,000 square feet and two-stories. Doors of the flagship, and second, TB12 training facility are set to swing open on August 1—the original location is at Patriot Place in Foxborough. Although some of Tom Brady’s training and recovery principles have come across a little controversial—not to mention weird and unusual—you’ll be able to test them out for yourself in all-new small group fitness classes and one-on-one sessions with a TB12 Body Coach at this new facility.

You’ll even be able to analyze your running gait, jumping mechanics, and metabolism with special equipment and testing parameters. The space will feature luxury locker rooms, showers, and a full lineup of TB12 products that will be exclusive to the Boston location. And your juice bar needs will be met with a TB12 smoothie bar dishing out protein-packed smoothies using plant-based ingredients. Wellness events and speaker series will also be hosted in the space.

“We’re excited to bring our approach to a new group of athletes of all ages and levels,” John Burns, CEO of TB12, said in a press release. “In addition to the robust growth, this location marks an important step in our plans for national expansion of our training center business.”

Burns told the Globe the company is considering opening centers in New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, as well as international sites in London and Toronto.

But, we know the biggest question you have is about whether or not the quarterback will make an appearance at the training center. After all, having one of the greatest football players of all time as your workout partner could serve as just the #motivation that you needed.

Jury’s still out on the answer for that one but Burns did tell the Globe when Brady retires he hopes that he’ll bring his competitive drive to TB12 where he can be more involved in the day-to-day. So needless to say, with TB12 roots in Boston the GOAT will have even more of a reason to come visit…frequently.
