Boston-based designers, fashionistas, and supporters celebrated another year of MassArt fashion design at LUCID, this year’s showcase of over 200 fashions by MassArt sophomores, juniors, and graduating seniors.
President David P. Nelson and Vice President for Advancement Marjorie O’Malley hosted a fundraiser pre-party with MassArt fashion supporters including Jay and Kristy Ladieu, Shannon Vanderhooft, Jane and Scott Maxwell, Kristina Lyons, Cheryl Franklin, and Tali Kwatcher. Also in attendance were designers Alan Bilzerian; MassArt alumna Erin Robertson, and Ana-Katarina Vinkler-Petrovic; along with MassArt Fashion Design Chair Sondra Grace; Joan White, founder and director of the Paris Fashion Institute; and Amanda Blynn, who presented the winner of the Anne Fontaine, “White Shirt Challenge.”
