Stay Hydrated with These Flavor Infused Water Recipes
Sip on vanilla plum or grapefruit rosemary water. But definitely no more tepid tap water.
With the hot weather and strong sun, staying hydrated is an important part of keeping healthy this summer. Since you’re bound to sweat a little more, you’re more likely to become dehydrated faster.
While it can be tempting to gulp down sugary sports drinks or sodas when thirsty, opting for water is your best bet. But water doesn’t have to be boring. With the addition of fruits and herbs, these infused water recipes are a refreshing way to stay hydrated.
1. Vanilla Plum Water
Via Sunset
For homemade seltzer, all you need are some plums and vanilla extract. Use a cocktail shaker to muddle the plum and vanilla together, then strain before drinking.
