On April 28, over 80 New England salons participated in HAIRraising for Boston Children’s Hospital and raised $200,000 in support of the hospital’s Heart Center. The one day cut-a-thon was founded by celebrity hairstylist John Frieda and beauty innovator Gail Federici-Smith. This year celebrated the 10th anniversary of the event.
