A Look Back Over Top Chef: Seattle with Kristen Kish
The Stir chef de cuisine took home the big prize last night.
Boston may have been set aside in favor of Seattle for the location of Top Chef this season, but Boston-based Kristen Kish, the chef de cuisine at Barbara Lynch’s South End demo kitchen Stir, still managed to take home the grand prize for our fair city. If you’ve just been tuning into the action because you’re a total fairweather fan (not that we judge…), don’t worry: we’ve been keeping up with the chef throughout the entire season here on Chowder. Brush up on your Kish background in the Q&A’s ahead. We hope you get your fill, since something tells us that it’s going to be even tougher to get into Stir for a looong while.
