At this shiny Fenway newcomer, chef Douglass Williams (of Mida fame) focuses on giving the people exactly what they want — and what they want, it seems, is tender steak with unlimited frites and a nice glass of Bordeaux. In fact, everything on the menu of French classics — from escargot and moules frites to trout almondine — is très bon.
