Beer 101: Intro to Craft Beers (Class & Dinner)
Join Jameson Viens, “The Beer Hunter”, for a night of tasting and analysis of some of Boston Wine School’s favorite brews. Viens will guide you through various types of beers, focusing on aroma, taste, and mouth feel of various international beers. We thought just the tasting would be the best part, but there will also be a “Night in Spain”-themed dinner, with Churrasco, Valdeon cheese with roasted figs, and roasted autumn vegetables. Put down your PBR and learn what a good, substantial brew tastes like.
