Move Over Ben Affleck, Matt Damon Is Selling His L.A. Home Too

Are they just really good friends, or is it that bad living in Los Angeles?

It’s been less than a week since news broke that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were putting their Los Angeles mansion on the market, and now it seems that best bud Matt Damon wants to sell his home too.

According to VarietyThe Martian star is putting his property up for sale at an asking price of $20 million. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the home sits right on the same block as Affleck’s luxury compound.

As to why Damon is looking to leave, maybe he couldn’t bare to see his lifelong pal say goodbye to their Pacific Palisades neighborhood. They did seem to really like living next to each other.

Although, we wouldn’t be surprised if Affleck was sick of hearing Damon tell bad dad jokes. He’s probably not in the mood since his divorce with Garner was announced.

Another explanation for the apparent exodus of Boston actors from Los Angeles could be that the west coast isn’t exactly the best coast—no matter what Buzzfeed, the Huffington Post, or Snoop Dogg might say. Not to mention that terrible drought going on in California, which isn’t something to joke about.

While we’ve already pitched the idea of an east coast move for Affleck, we guess we can extend the invitation to Damon as well.
