The Mayor’s Holiday Special is back for the 12th year in a row, offering discounts on more than 100 holiday shows.
There’s something for everyone, ranging from classics like the Holiday Pops and Boston Ballet’s Nutcracker to new productions like the Huntington Theatre Company’s A Confederacy of Dunces starring Parks and Recreation alum Nick Offerman.
Most deals feature tickets at half-price, although there are exceptions—tickets to Elf: The Musical, for example, are offered at 30 percent off. Still, it’s a great way to take advantage of the local theater, dance, music, and comedy scenes at a lower price point.
Thinking about where to grab dinner before a show? The Mayor’s Holiday Special also offers vouchers for $10 off a $40-minimum purchase at participating restaurants around the city, including Union Oyster House, Liquid Art House, Tapeo, Tremont 647, and more.
Deals run through the end of the year. For a full list, head to mayorsholiday.com.
