Mark Wahlberg Channels Inner Tom Brady on the Tonight Show
As a member of Tom Brady’s “Boston crew,” it shouldn’t be a surprise that Mark Wahlberg knows a thing or two about throwing a football around.
The Dorchester native stopped by the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday to talk about his new comedy Daddy’s Home, but he also took the time to show off his cannon of an arm for the late night host.
Before they played a game of “Random Object Football Toss,” Fallon showed an impressive clip of Wahlberg firing a football across a basketball court and sinking it in the hoop.
“I got to put that on my resume now,” Wahlberg joked.
The actor attempted to replicate his success when he started playing a game with Fallon that involved tossing objects like gingerbread houses and footballs made out Play-Doh.
While things ended in a tie, the late night host definitely had the best shot of the night as he was able to throw a shake from Wahlburgers through the tiny hole.
“All the time I’ve been here, I think that’s the first time you did something,” Wahlberg joked
Aww, don’t get too jealous, Marky Mark.
