Ben Affleck Assembles the Team in First Justice League Trailer
Ben Affleck and his superhero pals brought some big surprises to this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.
Fans who attended the Hall H panel on Saturday received a first look at the upcoming Justice League film courtesy of Affleck and his co-stars Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Henry Cavill, and Ray Fisher. The full team appeared onstage alongside director Zack Snyder to introduce the new teaser.

After the dark and dismal experience which was Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the first Justice League trailer was a refreshing change of pace as it included quite a few comedic moments.
Affleck’s brooding Dark Knight seemed particularly chipper in the teaser, particularly in his scenes opposite Miller, who’s playing the big screen version of the Flash. Hopefully Batfleck’s latest project won’t result in another sad Affleck meme.
During Saturday’s panel at SDCC, Affleck also gave fans a glimpse of what to expect from his upcoming solo Batman movie. According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor seemed pretty excited about taking on the project, both as the star and director.
“It’s really inspiring. It’s like taking on a great play. It’s been reinvented so many times, it’s terrifying but it’s exciting,” Affleck said.
