Aly Raisman Says She’s Dating Colton Underwood

Aly Raisman has a new man in her life and he also happens to be a pretty good athlete.
The 22-year-old Needham native confirmed to People that she’s dating former Raiders tight end Colton Underwood. The couple walked the red carpet together at the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year ceremony in Brooklyn on Monday night.

If Underwood’s name rings a bell, it’s because he’s the guy who adorably asked Raisman out during an interview with Yahoo Sports over the summer. According to People, the pair has been dating since the MTV Video Music Awards, but has “kept it quiet for a while.”
“We happened to both be in Denver at the same time,” Raisman told the publication. “I was there for less than 12 hours, he was flying in for just a few days. it just ended up working perfectly.”
The young stars are apparently getting pretty close, as Raisman revealed to People that she’s met Underwood’s family and will be seeing them over the holidays.
