This year, Montreal is celebrating its 375th anniversary with a jam-packed lineup of more than 80 festivals and celebrations. For travelers who’d like to join in on the festivities, the city’s tourism board is offering a slew of discounts on hotels, restaurants, and more with the “Sweet Deal” package.

The special will grant a second’s night stay at more than a dozen participating hotels around Montreal for half price. Upon check-in, visitors receive a coupon booklet worth $445 that unlocks discounts to events like Igloofest, tickets to museums, three-course meal packages, and plenty of other activities and attractions.

If you’ve never ventured north to Montreal, 2017 is the year to do it. The Canadian city offers a taste of Europe sans the long flight or expensive airfare. Plus, its anniversary celebration discounts will prove to be friendly to your wallet.
