Tim Gunn and Designer Kelly Are Coming to Boston

Get ready Boston because fashion legend Tim Gunn is coming to town.
The Project Runway co-host will be speaking on opening night for the 11th Annual Massachusetts Conference for Women at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center on Wednesday, December 9. Gunn will be on stage interviewing none other than season 14 finalist and Massachusetts native Kelly Dempsey.
No word yet on whether they’ll be taking another trip to Medford to munch on a Big “Gunn” Milanese at Bob’s Italian Foods.
In addition to the Project Runway stars, the remainder of the conference–which takes place on Thursday, December 10–will also feature appearances by Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal creator Shonda Rhimes, nasty gal founder Sophia Amoruso, artist Candy Chang, mayor Marty Walsh, as well as a number of other guest and keynote speakers.
According to the conference’s website, the annual event draws over 10,000 attendees each year and “provides connection, motivation, networking, inspiration, and skill building for thousands of women each year.”
