Watch: Peyton Manning Cracks Corny Tom Brady Joke at Rob Lowe Roast

Peyton Manning will poke fun at his former rival Tom Brady during Comedy Central’s upcoming roast of Rob Lowe.
The special, which taped over the weekend, will feature the retired Super Bowl champion along with a ragtag group of stars as they each take turns putting Lowe on blast. While fans should expect comedians and roast veterans like Jeff Ross, Pete Davidson, and Nikki Glaser to bring their A games, there probably won’t be many comedic gems from non-comics like Manning.
In a recently released clip from the roast, the quarterback tries to crack a corny joke about Brady and his never-ending Deflategate, while also sneaking in a jab at Lowe for the actor’s off-the-mark retirement tweet.
“You tried to take the air out of my retirement announcement so fast, you could probably get a job as Tom Brady’s ball boy,” Manning said.
Yawn. Maybe the former Colts star should stick to Papa John’s commercials. But hey, at least Lowe seemed to enjoy the digs at himself and Brady.
In addition Manning, Bo Derek, Ralph Macchio, Jimmy Carr, Rob Riggle, Jewel, and Ann Coulter also appeared on the dais.
