The Premier Restaurant, 1130 Washington St., Roxbury, remains this city’s premier Jewish deli. One taste of its cabbage soup, kasha varnishkes or corned beef sandwiches (with Russian dressing and coleslaw) and Yassar Arafat would enlist in the JDL.
