This Vietnamese restaurant, run by recent graduates of Tufts and MIT, serves a superb version of pho, a noodle soup that is the comfort food of Vietnam. The gentle broth brims with rice noodles and thin slices of beef. Bean sprouts, Asian basil, and lemon are served on a separate plate, to be added as you please—exquisite.
