Ten years in, Gabriel Frasca and Amanda Lydon’s Straight Wharf is still the island standard. Organic and mostly local menus deal in New England’s best, including Frasca’s famous and oft-imitated smoked bluefish pâté; the signature clambake, featuring buttered lobster and fresh-dug littlenecks; and Bartlett’s corn soup, made with corn from just down the road.
