Industry veterans Daren Swisher and Joseph Cammarata (both previously of Hojoko) have pulled off something we didn’t think possible in a food-hall setting: an intimate, high-service cocktail bar that appeals to both spirits geeks and I’m-just-here-for-the-lobster-roll passersby. That’s largely thanks to wisely crafted signature libations such as the overproof pineapple daiquiri and gin-based “Blueberry Daisy” blooming with three kinds of amaro.
