Boston Ballet School
Boston Ballet School, the official School of Boston Ballet and largest dance school in North America, provides unique dance experiences in a creative environment, under the direction of professional dance education experts with three convenient locations in Boston, Newton, and the North Shore.
On Saturdays in July, your child can enter the world of ballet in Summer Sessions (ages 3-7), which introduces students to Boston Ballet School in a fun, age-appropriate environment. Continue summer with Ballet Stories (ages 3-4), where children explore story lines and music of popular ballets for one week. Fun also awaits in Ballet Journeys (ages 5-7), a two-week program introducing ballet fundamentals, musicality, and self-expression.
Older students are invited to complement year-round training at Summer Dance Workshop (ages 8-12). Ballet training from expert faculty is paired with enrichments such as musical theater, Chinese dance, ballroom, and costume design to help your child become a versatile dancer.
