Prezza Introduces a New Fall Menu

Pumpkin tiramisu, pumpkin ravioli, and oh so much more pumpkin.

Starting on September 25, Prezza in the North End will be introducing a new fall menu that includes seasonal returns and some interesting newcomers. Chef and owner Anthony Caturano will be taking advantage of the fall bounty by incorporating plenty of pumpkins, pears, and wild mushrooms into his arsenal of pastas and soups. New items include a lobster ravioli with lobster, brown butter, and sage; pear raviolini with mascarpone; and pumpkin tiramisu. Check out the menu below:

Wild Mushroom Soup – porcini cream, white beans, roasted tomatoes, pecorino
cheese ($15)

Burrata with roasted pumpkin, sea salt, and pistachio vinaigrette ($16)

Bibb Lettuce with apples, walnuts, blue cheese and walnut vinaigrette

Corn raviolini with pancetta, corn, rock shrimp, white wine, garlic,
