Dr. Polivy completed orthopedic training at tufts medical center and a fellowship in spine surgery at the mass general and brigham hospitals. Board certified in orthopedic surgery, he served as a past assistant department chief at newton wellesley hospital. Dr. Polivy, a past president of the massachusetts orthopedic association, was recently honored for his 30 years of teaching at the tufts medical school.
